CONSTRUCTION OF HOSTEL BUILDING INCLUDING ALL INFRA STRUCTURAL AMENITIES AT S.NO. 60/1(PART) SITUATE AT VILLAGE MHALUNGE, TAL. MULASHI, DIST. PUNE.

 

Swami Vivekanand Nagari Sahakari Patpedhi Maryadit,Pune is developing a Hostel Building including all infra structural amenities at S.No. 60/1(part) situate at Village Mhalunge, Tal. Mulashi, Dist. Pune.. A total of 59,000.00 Sqft of Main Buildings construction as per details given below are proposed for construction.  

  

The scope of work includes

the below mentioned main building blocks with internal services,

• Roads and paths

• Boundary wall,

• Railing and

• All External & Internal Services, i.e.

  • water supply,

  • sewerage

  • drainage,

  • fire-fighting,

  • Pumps with electric panels etc.

  • External & Internal Electrification including Street Lighting

  • UG Tank with Pump Room, OH Tank

  • Septic Tank,

  • Signage Internal & External,

  • Lifts, etc. as per drawings and specifications set therein.
